Join us for a meaningful weekend of fellowship, reflection, and connection at the beautiful Fairview Lakes YMCA in Stillwater, NJ.  Nestled among scenic trails and tranquil lake views, with direct access to the Appalachian Trail, it’s the perfect retreat to recharge your spirit.


Please keep in mind that this rustic conference center features uneven terrain.  Lodging is in heated cabins with bunk beds— think of it as "glamping" with a touch of adventure!  A limited number of handicapped-accessible cabins are available, so be sure to mention any special accommodations when registering.  If shared lodging isn’t for you, consider the Saturday-only option.

Demographics:

This is a closed A. A. (Alcoholics Anonymous) conference. In keeping with A.A.’s singleness of purpose, attendance is strictly limited to individuals who personally identify as members of A.A. or as having a drinking problem. If you are a member of A.A., believe you have a problem with alcohol, or you have a desire to stop drinking alcohol, you are welcome to attend.
All attendees must provide their name & DOB, as per FVL's "Keeping Kids Safe" policy. I understand NAGLNJ will be providing my name & DOB to FVL, for this purpose. For more information about this policy, click on the following link: http://www.fairviewlakeymca.org/main/keeping-kids-safe/

Registration:

  • Price includes 2 night's lodging in heated cabins, all meals & unlimited coffee, fellowship & AA meetings, AA workshops, Saturday night dance, and other recreational activities! Book by April 30th and pay only $210- the price increases on May 1st. If you want to secure your spot without paying the full amount choose the "Deposit Only" option from the drop-down menu and manually change it from "Full Payment ($210)" to "Deposit Payment ($75)".

  • Price includes lunch & dinner on Saturday, unlimited coffee, fellowship & AA meetings, AA workshops, Saturday night dance, and other recreational activities!

  • A limited number of scholarships are available for those who would be unable to attend the conference without financial assistance. You are encouraged to apply for a scholarship ONLY if the conference registration fee presents a financial barrier to your attendance. If scholarships are full- you will be added to the waitlist and will be notified if a scholarship becomes available,

Cabin Assignments:

Cabins are assigned by gender.  

Each cabin accommodates approximately 10 people.  If you'd like to share a cabin with specific friends, you must provide their first and last name when registering.  Otherwise, we will assign cabins based on the order of registrations received.

All apparel must be pre-ordered by Monday, September 15, 2025.  There will be no refunds after this date, and no additional orders will be placed.  Apparel will not be available for purchase at the conference— pre-order only.

Scholarship Contributions:

We appreciate any scholarship contributions.  To contribute, please enter your desired amount.  All contributions will help fund individuals who cannot attend the conference without financial assistance.

We understand that plans can change. However, due to our commitment to the camp, we are unable to offer refunds after August 31, 2025. If you need to request a refund, you must email the request to [email protected] by 11:59pm on August 31, 2025. Refunds will be processed less the credit card processing fees.

Please note that after 11:59 PM EST on August 31, 2025, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a friend in recovery. To do so, simply submit a transfer request to [email protected], and we will update the registration with their details.
